# Cancellation & Appointment Policy At Smooth Skin Solutions, we value your time and strive to provide every client with exceptional care. To ensure we can accommodate all scheduled appointments, we kindly ask that you review our appointment policy. ### Appointment Deposits A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your treatment total and are non-refundable. With at least **24 hours' notice**, your deposit may be transferred one time to a future appointment. ### Cancellations & Rescheduling We respectfully request **at least 24 hours' notice** if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee. ### No-Show Policy Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice ("no-shows") will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit before booking future appointments. ### Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than **15 minutes late** may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to safely complete the scheduled treatment. This helps us remain on schedule for all clients. ### Medical Eligibility Some treatments require a Good Faith Medical Evaluation and medical clearance. Treatment may be postponed or declined if it is determined that the procedure is not medically appropriate or safe.
